Guidetti SINCRO 950

Zustand: gebraucht, Baujahr: 2009, Betriebsstunden: 7.515 h, GUIDETTI SINCRO 950 – Cable Granulator, 37 kW Main Motor, Dry Separation Table and SIMCO Anti-Static System We offer a used GUIDETTI SINCRO 950 cable recycling machine designed to recover copper through granulation and dry separation of metal from cable insulation. The process combines cable granulation in a knife mill with separation on a vibrating dry separation table. The machine is suitable for cable recycling facilities and non-ferrous metal processing companies. Technical specifications: Manufacturer: GUIDETTI Recycling Systems – Italy. Kedpfx Ae Abwuvjctodu Model: SINCRO 950. Year of manufacture: 2009. Serial number: 9501000025. Machine weight: 3,000 kg. Supply voltage: 400 V. Frequency: 50 Hz. Electrical supply configuration: 3P + PE. Full-load current: 120 A. Marking: CE. Separation method: dry separation on a vibrating table. Main granulator: Main motor power: 37 kW. Rotor diameter: 420 mm. Rotor width: 900 mm. Cutting configuration: three-row V-shaped cutting arrangement. Additional equipment – SIMCO anti-static system: 4 ionising bars installed above the separation table. Bar model: SIMCO P-Sh-N. 2 SIMCO A2A7S high-voltage power units. Power unit supply: 230 V AC, 50 Hz. Bar operating voltage: 7 kV AC. Power unit protection rating: IP54. The SIMCO system neutralises electrostatic charges generated during material processing. It reduces the attraction and adhesion of insulation particles, supporting the separation of plastic from copper. Please contact us for further information or to arrange a viewing.
