Die Hamba 2400 ist eine automatische, 1-bahnige Becherfüll- und Verschließmaschine als Rundläufer

Das System ist speziell für die Abfüllung und luftdichte Versiegelung von flüssigen bis hochviskosen Produkten (z. B. Joghurt, Frischkäse, Sahne, Saucen oder Feinkost) in vorgefertigte Becher konzipiert.

Auf Wunsch kann die Maschine nach kundenwunsch umgebaut und umgerüstet werden.
Insbesondere sind Anpassungen für das Becherformat und das abzufüllende Produkt sowie
die Produktzuführung machbar.

1. Technische Spezifikationen und Leistungsdaten

Produktionsleistung: Maximal 2.400 Becher pro Stunde (taktungs- und produktabhängig).
Dosierbereich: Flexibel einstellbar von 100 bis 500 ml (Sondervarianten ab 5 ml realisierbar).
Formatflexibilität: Standardmäßig ausgelegt für Rundbecher mit einem Platinendurchmesser von 75 mm bis 95 mm
(Wechselwerkzeuge für abweichende Formate oder Rechteckbecher adaptierbar).
Taktschaltgetriebe: 12-teiliger Aluminium-Drehtisch für präzise Stationstaktung.
Maschinengewicht / Stellfläche: Kompakte Abmessungen von ca. 1.300 x 1.300 x 2.000 mm bei einem Eigengewicht von rund 500 kg.

2. Prozessablauf und Funktionsweise

Becherentstapelung: Automatische Becherzuführung aus dem Magazin mittels Vakuumsauger in die Zellen des Drehtellers.

Becherkontrolle: Sensorische Abfrage (No-Cup-Control) zur Vermeidung von Fehlbefüllungen.

Dosierstation: Volumetrische Kolbendosierung über einen Edelstahl-Produkttrichter (zumeist mit mechanischer oder pneumatischer Niveauregelung).

Platinenaufgabe: Präzises Auflegen der vorgestanzten Verschlussplatine (Aluminium oder PET) aus dem Magazin.

Siegelstation: Thermische Heißversiegelung der Platine mit dem Becherrand.

Becherauslauf: Automatisches Anheben der Becher und Übergabe an ein nachgeschaltetes Auslaufband

Drucker und Sammelteller auf Wunsch verfügbar

The Hamba 2400 is an automatic, single-lane cup filling and sealing machine with a rotary design.
The system is specifically designed for filling and airtight sealing of liquid to highly viscous products (e.g., yogurt, cream cheese, cream, sauces, or deli products) into preformed cups.
Upon request, the machine can be modified and retrofitted to meet customer specifications.
In particular, adjustments can be made for the cup format, the product to be filled, and the product feed system.

2. Process Flow and Operation
Cup De-stacking: Automatic cup feeding from the magazine via vacuum suction cups into the cells of the rotary table.
Dosing Station: Volumetric piston dosing via a stainless steel product hopper (usually with mechanical or pneumatic level control).
Lid Feeding: Precise placement of the pre-cut lids (aluminum or PET) from the magazine.
Sealing Station: Thermal hot sealing of the tray to the rim of the cup.
Cup Outfeed: Automatic lifting of the cups and transfer to a downstream outfeed conveyor
