Der PRI 120 CNC/AC ist eine neu entwickelte Innenverzahnungs-Hinterlegungswalzanlage
zum Walzen von Hinterlegungen in die Zahnflanken von vorhandenen
Innenverzahnungen. Das innovative Maschinenkonzept basiert auf einer über 60-jährigen
Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Herstellung von Gewinde-, Profil- und Verzahnungswalzmaschinen
in Bad Düben.
Der Maschinengrundkörper ist ein verripptes, verwindungssteifes und durch die
Ausführung aus Guss, schwingungsarmes Maschinenbett.
Insbesondere durch den Einsatz modernster Proportionalventiltechnik in Verbindung
mit der PROFIROLL-CNC-Steuerung ist die prozessoptimale Führung des Walzprozesses
möglich. Die Steuerung garantiert in Kombination mit dem spielfreien
Wälzführungssystem eine höchste Präzision und Wiederholgenauigkeit in der Positionierung
des Walzschlittens und damit des Werkzeuges.
Das innovative Handlingsystem in Verbindung mit dem Walzprozess erlaubt kürzeste
Zykluszeiten.

The PRI 120 CNC/AC is a newly developed internal spline back-angle rolling machine
for the economical manufacturing of back-angle at the tooth flanks of already
existing internal spline profiles. This innovative machine concept is based on more
than 60 years of experience in the development and production of Thread and Profile
Rolling Machines in Bad Düben.
The machine base is built as ribbed, warp resistant body and has low vibration due
to the cast execution of machine bed.
Through the implementation of modern proportional valve and driving technique in
conjunction with the PROFIROLL CNC control, a direct influence on the rolling
process is possible. The accurate and repeat positioning of the rolling slide is guaranteed
by the backlash free roller guide ways.
The control system offers variety of possible rolling, service and diagnosis programs.
The innovative workpiece handling system makes in conjunction with the rolling
process the shortest cycle time possible.
