Dispensing Robots
Dispensing robots enable automated and controlled dispensing of materials onto a workpiece. With our industrial robots, the dispensing process can be controlled reliably and in an extremely repeatable manner. The programming of the application is easy to setup and can be customized to the need. The operation of the dispensing robot is easy and user-friendly
This is the heavy duty version of the VR3403F. Its load capacity for the tool is 15 kg. The workpiece may have a maximum weight of 20 kg.
The VR3400F model has a working range of 400 x 400 mm. Programming of the dispensing routine can be easily done with the Teachbox, supplied with the robot, or software for Microsoft® Windows® operating system.
Operation:
Our cartesian dispensing robots automatically interpolate lines and curves in all axes. The powerful and user-friendly software provides clear user guidance for quick and easy program creation. This means that the device is ready for use within a few minutes.
Connection options:
The system is equipped with a (16 x input / 16 x output I/O signal interface for controlling external systems.
Programming:
Programming is achived by means of a teach box (13-line display, illuminated). Perfect dispensing through continuous path movements. Optional Windows® and CAD software for entering coordinates.

For occupational safety reasons, our dispensing robots may only be operated within suitable protective equipment.
Our protective bonnets are fixed, separating protective devices that form a physical barrier between man and machine.
Our protective bonnets fulfil all the requirements of the Machinery Directive.
This means that nothing stands in the way of an EC declaration of conformity (CE marking).
Finding the right safety guard depends on many different factors:
Firstly, the size of the dispensing robot and its working area are decisive.
The height of the bonnet depends on which structure you want to use on the robot head.
